DDJ Wellness & Training Founded in 2017 by Dale Hendricks, a proud son of Cafda Village on the Cape Flats, DDJ Wellness & Training was built on a passion for helping people live healthier, happier lives. Dale studied Sport Management at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology and has a strong sporting background as a former semi-professional football player. Over the years, Dale has become a familiar face on South African television through his appearances on the Expresso Show, where he has inspired audiences nationwide through live workout demonstrations and wellness segments. At the heart of DDJ Wellness & Training is Fit-Club, a vibrant community wellness initiative based in Cape Town. Founded on the belief that fitness should be affordable, accessible, and enjoyable for everyone, Fit-Club provides a welcoming space where people of all ages and fitness levels can come together to improve their health and well-being. We offer a variety of quality fitness programmes, including personal training, group fitness classes, wellness events, and community-based activities designed to help individuals achieve their goals in a supportive environment.
